I walked in and was immediately greeted by Shannon! She was so spunky, much like the personality that I have, so I knew we’d get along great! We found the 4-wheeler we wanted, did the financing and left! She helped us completely! When my bf and I got home, we started thinking about the side by side we really liked while there! So I messaged Shannon at 9-10 pm as my bf was filling out the app to tell her we’d done it and wanted the other one as well! Her and Josh got on it first thing Monday morning! However, I was wanting to see a more visible style when riding on Baton Rouge roads and local highways. I would rather be seen and noticeable when riding, especially if I happen to nit have bright clothes on my off days and running errands, etc . My Friendly Honda was just that, a very friendly one. I do like GN Gonzales downtown as well, Friendly is nearby and a bit easier to stop in and look around. Also, they both don't just take cash, but credit card purchases are much welcome when shopping for that right bike, part or atv there, so stop by and shop soon!!! thanks+6Posted on Google

Ashley is the Go-To for mod's and custom jobs and Shadae is the Queen of wheels and tires! After purchasing a pre owned 2023 CBR500, an issue was discovered that Friendly agreed to handle. However a very poor experience (I won’t dive into the specifics) with the service department for the repair created a very difficult situation that both these ladies stepped into immediately and rectified in the best way possible, completely shattering any and all expectations we had. I am truly appreciative of what Shannon and Sidney did, and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking for a motorcycle, ATV, or one of those goofy side by sides!Posted on Google
Jeremy Robinson310 days agoThese people are the best! I originally wanted a 450 kodiak but they said they couldn't get me approved for one but they had a rancher 420. So I said cool! Long story short they couldn't get me the rancher either but they didn't give up! They fought tooth and nail all day to get me on someone's bike! Somehow eventually they worked something out to where they got me on the bike that I actually came there for which was the yamaha kodiak! And when I went up there, she had to be somewhere that day, but Shannon informed me that Whitney told her everything and she took care of me and she was amazing. They all are very amazing people. She was kind, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. She is an asset to Friendly Honda / Yamaha. However whoever appraises trade ins is a complete miser and nearly made me walk away from the deal. I understand business and needing to make a profit as I’ve been in the automotive industry 20 years myself, but that person (who I won’t name) had me on the edge of just taking my keys and leaving. Essentially totaling the atv. However the sales side while they are friendly and knowledgeable it's hard to justify paying all the extra fees for set up and delivery that some others do not charge.
