How it works

Off-road problems announce themselves. Here’s what each one usually means and what we do about it.
Belt slipping or squealing
Glazed or shredded CVT belt, worn clutch sheaves, or a clutch that needs a rebuild. RZR, Ranger, Wolverine, Pioneer — we stock belts for the common ones.
Won’t start / cranks but won’t fire
Bad fuel, a gummed carburetor, a dead fuel pump, or a failed injector. We start with the cheap stuff and call you before anything expensive.
Clunking or wandering front end
Wheel bearings, ball joints, A-arm bushings, or a bent tie rod. A few hundred dollars caught early; a few thousand if it’s ignored.
Ticking, hard starts, low power
Valve adjustment due. Foreman, Rubicon, Grizzly and Sportsman all need it on schedule — we’ll tell you the interval.
Grinding from a wheel or axle
CV axle boot torn and the joint ran dry, or a wheel bearing gone. We replace axles and bearings same week on most units.
Overheating or coolant smell
Radiator packed with mud, a failed fan, or a water pump on its way out. Bring it before it warps a head.
Off-road brands we service
We are a factory dealer for Honda, Polaris, Yamaha and service those units to spec. BRP off-road (Maverick, Defender, Outlander, Renegade) is not something we take — we’d rather tell you now than waste your trip.

How much is a belt replacement?
Labor starts at $149 plus the belt. Bring it in when it starts slipping — a belt that lets go at speed usually takes the clutch cover, and sometimes the clutch, with it.
My four-wheeler won’t start. What will it cost to find out why?
The diagnostic covers fuel, spark and compression checks — get a quote when you book. If you approve the repair, the diagnostic is credited toward it.
Do you service Polaris, Honda and Yamaha under warranty?
Yes. We’re an authorized dealer for all three, so warranty work, recalls and customer-pay repairs all happen in the same bay.
Do you work on BRP Mavericks or Defenders?
No. We don’t sell or service BRP off-road units, so we can’t get parts or warranty support for them.
