Direct billing on approved claims. You pay your deductible; we settle the rest with the insurer.
We handle the adjuster
Supplements, photos, parts pricing and back-and-forth go through us, not you.
Teardown policy
$150 teardown estimate fee, credited to the repair when the claim is approved. If the claim is denied or the unit is totaled, the teardown fee is due.
Storage terms
First 7 days free while the claim is open. After that, a daily storage rate applies — quoted up front and usually billed to the carrier.
Typical timeline
Estimate within 3 business days of teardown. Repairs run 2–6 weeks depending on parts and carrier approval.
Towing & pickup
Free pickup within 60 miles of Baton Rouge for rolling units. Non-rolling units and tow arrangements quoted per job.
Collision, flood, storm, theft recovery
Collision & body damage
Frame checks, plastics, fairings, forks, wheels, controls — motorcycles, UTVs and ATVs.
Flood damage
Louisiana-specific and we see plenty of it. Full drain, electrical inspection, bearings, and a written condition report.
Recovered stolen units
Ignition, wiring, body and mechanical damage assessed and written up for the claim.
Appraisals & total-loss valuation
Independent condition and value reports when you disagree with the carrier’s number.

Which insurance companies do you work with?
All of them. Progressive, State Farm, Allstate, GEICO, USAA, Farm Bureau and any other carrier — we’ve done the paperwork with most.
What does the photo estimate cost?
Nothing. Upload photos, we’ll call with a preliminary range and next steps. The formal teardown estimate is $150 and is credited to the repair.
Who pays if the claim is denied?
The teardown estimate fee is due if the claim is denied or the unit is declared a total loss. We tell you that before we touch it.
Do you do appraisals for a total-loss dispute?
Yes. A written appraisal from a dealer carries weight with the carrier. Ask for the appraisal option in the form.
Can you tow it?
Rolling units: Free pickup within 60 miles of Baton Rouge. Non-rolling or flood units: we arrange a tow and quote it up front.
How long does an insurance repair take?
Claim repairs run 2–6 weeks because parts wait on adjuster approval. For customer-pay work outside a claim, Most units are in and out in 3–5 business days.
